An outdated brand with a long-standing, respected tradition in desperate need of finding itself again. With the help of a research agency and chats with many of the board members, I came up with a rebranding strategy to help bring them back to relevance. The idea was simple: clearly define who they are, establish a tone of voice, a personality, emphasize their core values, and create clear visual guidelines to establish consistency.


No branding, rebranding, refresh, etc, is complete without a brand guidelines and visual standards book. With such a rich history, WTT had decades of experience doing everything right and everything wrong. Needless to say, there were plenty of guidelines to consider. In the end, I came up with a 93-page visual standards book to comprehensively guide the brand to stability, cohesiveness, and success.
