A Collection of logos and marks designed for my clients, as well as self-initiated projects, and personal branding exercises.

The NYRA Store
An update to The NYRA Store logo. Located inside Belmont Park I was tasked with updating the logo in 2017.
WTT All - Star Event 2020
After a successful first season at World TeamTennis, the company came up with a brilliant idea to bring back the All-Star match from the 80's. My task was to fully brand the event. Timeline: from logo concept to event execution, 2 months.

WTT Avengers promo
As part of the release of Avengers End Game, WTT created a poster to get in on the action. My task was to recreate the WTT Logo Avengers style!
Tennis Mega Corp clothing
While a lot of the WTT athletes were sponsored by major brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, etc. a good amount of them still do not have an exclusive apparel sponsor. My task for this project was to come up with a logo for a few of these athletes and something the rest of the WTT media crew could wear. Tennis Mega Corp Clothing was the name I was given to work with.

Build to fit contracting
A freelance project, the owner of Build To Fit Contracting was looking to refresh his logo. His vision was to keep the simplicity of his original logo which included the whole title and an extended skyline, but also to add himself fixing a building. A cute vision his son had which I was lucky enough to bring to life.
WTT Today show
In their quest for content, the WTT production team came up with an idea to feature a pre/post game show that would recap the days match. On a whim, they asked if I could lockup "Today" with the WTT logo, at the 11th hour with little time and the season about to start, I whipped up a transformed WTT Today show logo that would undoubtedly be associated exclusively with our brand.

Black Lives Matter
Part personal, part work related project, the Black Lives Matter movement experienced peak protesting numbers in the summer of 2020 right before the WTT season was scheduled to be the first televised professional live sporting event with a limited audience. In their cultural sensitivity, WTT agreed to promote the message and asked me to come up with a logo/patch the tennis athletes could wear should they choose to. "Fuck Racism", was not part of this message, and was a personal logo I created when marching at various Washington & NYC protests.

Vegas Rollers, Orlando Storm, and Chicago Smash.

vegas rollers
From name ideation, to branding colorway, the Vegas Rollers was my first attempt at creating a logo and branding around a national professional sports team. Inspired by the chaos of the neons signs found around the Vegas Strip, the logo is reminiscent of the cheezy, in your face ads typical of Vegas. The colorway is a mix of the relationship between the dark blue skies and the shining casino light just below. The following are some of the executions from team uniforms to merch as set by guidelines I had the pleasure of creating.

orlando storm
A personal favorite, the Orlando Storm was the second expansion team of 2019 alongside the Vegas Rollers. About a week into the job as creative director for WTT, I was tasked with creating a logo and brand a second team after the Vegas Rollers. Turnaround time for both logos was about a week (each) as we had to go to press with the announcements for ticket sales and official league schedules. The sharp dynamic font styling and lightening style achors are a play on lightening coming from storm clouds. The tennis ball symbolizes the sunshine after seemingly every single storm in the Orlando area. The colorway was inspired by a nostalgic favorite of mine - the Nickelodean Studios located in Orlando.

Chicago Smash
Yet another quick turnaround for this one, the name and city were already established when I got my hands on it. Derived from the team name itself the Chicago Smash logo needed to feel like something being smashed. After hundreds of iterations, the CEO and I felt this one most accurately reflected that sentiment. A colorway inspired by the Chicago Cubs, I was asked to create an alternate logo that paid homage to those same Cubs.

Concept logos for work projects.
World Tennis Federation
A project originally handed down to me by the partners and CEO of WTT, this was either meant to be a rebrand as a whole of World TeamTennis, or a parent company of which WTT would fall under. Either way, the project never finalized and the rebrand/master brand was put on hold.
1863 Club, Heritage Hall, The Haven
Eventually "The Stretch." Before newly envisioned hospitality area came to life at Saratoga Springs, my then creative director and I were asked to take "a quick stab" at coming up with the name and creating the logo for the yet to be built hospitality area at the Saratoga Racetrack. Unfortuntely, none of these stuck, and NYRA went on to hire an outside agency to create: The Stretch.
University of Indiana - Luddy School
A personal project for one of the owners of WTT, Fred Luddy asked me to rebrand his school of informatics, computing, and engineering at the University of Indiana. After providing a few variations and concepts, Fred decided to go with this one. Unfortunately, no sign of the newly redesigned logo at the Luddy School in Indiana as of yet.
